Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DawamHR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using DawamHR on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

DawamHR provides web-based attendance and time-tracking software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hrdawam@gmail.com.

Each account is for a single company. You may not share access credentials across unrelated organisations or resell access to the service.

You agree not to:

• Use DawamHR for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Submit false or misleading attendance data
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service by automated means

Your use of DawamHR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all data you input into DawamHR. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier after a grace period of 7 days. Your data will be retained and accessible if you update your payment method within 30 days.

DawamHR and its logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

DawamHR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DawamHR's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the GCC. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the GCC.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
