Employee management without the spreadsheet
Every employee record in one place — profiles, offices, joining dates, pay and documents — instead of scattered files and a folder on someone’s desktop.
Free forever for up to 5 employees · No credit card · Set up in minutes
Job title, office, manager, joining date, pay and bank details on one screen.
Paste a list straight from a sheet and every invite goes out in one pass.
Not a trial. The free plan has no expiry and asks for no card.
Deactivating a leaver ends their access and keeps every record they made.
Small teams usually keep staff details in a mix of places: a spreadsheet for salaries, a chat thread for who started when, and a drawer for signed contracts. When someone leaves or an audit lands, piecing it back together takes a day.
DawamHR gives every person a single profile that HR and the employee can both see. Job title, office, manager, joining date, civil ID, IBAN and pay all live on one screen, and the fields that affect pay or leave are locked so only an admin can change them.
You invite the team by email. Each invite can carry the office, work schedule, joining date and starting pay, so a new hire is fully set up the moment they accept — nothing to chase afterwards on three different pages.
What you get
- One profile per employee, visible to HR and the person
- Invite the whole team by email, or paste a list from a sheet
- Assign office, schedule, manager and pay in one place
- Sensitive fields locked to admins only
- Deactivate a leaver without deleting their history
- Full Arabic (RTL) for the whole team
One profile per person, not a row in a file
Role, office, manager, joining date, civil ID, IBAN and pay live on a single screen that HR and the employee can both open. There is no second copy to keep in step, and no question of which file is the current one.
Invite the whole team in one paste
Copy your list out of a sheet and paste it in — comma-separated, tab-separated or one per line. Emails and joining dates are recognised by their shape rather than by column position, so a file with the columns in the wrong order still imports. Every line that cannot be read is reported with its line number before a single email is sent.
The fields that move money are locked
Salary, role, office, joining date and bank details can only be changed by an admin, and that is enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface. An employee can still keep their own name and photo current, which is the part they actually know best.
More than one office, each under its own rules
Every office carries its own currency, rest days and leave accrual rate. A Kuwait branch and a Dubai branch sit in one account and still compute correctly, because the rules follow the office rather than the company.

What changes in your first week
Employee records in a file
- Salaries in one sheet, joining dates in a chat thread, contracts in a drawer.
- Every new hire set up by hand, on three different screens, after they start.
- Anyone who opens the file can read every salary in the company.
- A leaver is deleted from the sheet, and their history goes with them.
Employee records in DawamHR
- One profile per person — role, office, manager, joining date and pay together.
- The invite already carries office, schedule, joining date and pay. Nothing to chase.
- Pay and bank details are locked to admins by the database, not by convention.
- Deactivate a leaver: access ends, and attendance, leave and payroll history stays.

Common questions
How do employees get added?
An admin sends an email invite from the Employees page. The person clicks the link, sets a password, and lands in the app. You can also paste a list of names and emails to invite a whole team at once.
Can employees edit their own details?
They can update personal information like their name and photo. Fields that drive pay and leave — salary, role, office, joining date, bank details — are locked to admins.
What happens when someone leaves?
You deactivate them. They lose access immediately, they stop counting toward your plan’s seat limit, and their attendance, leave and payroll history stays intact for your records.
Is there a limit on how many employees I can add?
The free plan covers up to 5 active employees. Paid plans raise the limit. Deactivated people don’t count.
Can I import my existing employee list?
Yes — paste it in, up to 200 people at a time. Emails and ISO dates identify themselves, so the column order does not matter, and what is left over is read as name and job title. Dates must be written as YYYY-MM-DD: 03/04/2026 is genuinely ambiguous, and a joining date read a month wrong is a wrong leave balance for the life of the account.
Does it work in Arabic?
Fully, including right-to-left layout throughout — not a translated menu over an English screen. Each person chooses their own language, so an Arabic-speaking team and an English-speaking manager use the same account without either compromising.
